OPERATOR HAD BEEN MINING COAL W0265 LEE NORSE AFTER MAKING A CUT AND BOLTING THE TOP START WORKING ALL PERSONNEL LEFT THE AREA WHILE THE TOP WAS WORKING THE ROOF TOP WORKED FOR A PERIOD OF 2 T 3 HOUR. AFTER THE FALL CAME THE CREW PROCEEDED TO CLEAN UP THE ROCK MADE SURE THE PLACE WAS SAFE AND CONT. TO MINE COAL.
