Granite Express LLC · Fall onto or against objects

Operator was on an Excavator with Window Lifted and Pin on Thumb Broke causing Hydraulic Fluid to spray inside of Cab. Operator tried to jump out of way and slipped on the track of the equipment causing EE to slip and hit EE's head on a rock after EE's hard hat flew off.
