I.NAME WAS PERFORMING HIS DUTIES AS A LABORER, CLEANING UP FINES FROM THE CRUSHER. A ROCK BOUNCED FROM THE PRIMARY CRUSHER SCREEN, STRIKING HIM IN THE LOWER BACK. THE EXTENT OF HIS INJURIES WA S MINOR; I.NAME SUSTAINED A BRUISED LOWER BACK AND WAS ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK ON MAY 14, 1990.
