EE WAS DRIVING A DUMP TRUCK IN THE QUARRY. HE BEGAN TO FELL DIZZY WEAK AND TIRED. HE STOPPED THE TRUCK TO REST. THE SUPERINTENDENT GAVE HIM TO REST OF THE DAY OFF. HE WAS TAKEN TO CAMERON COMM UNITY HOSPITAL FOR OBSERVATION UPON HIS RETURN TO WORK HE WAS NO LONGER NEEDED BECAUSE THE JOB WAS NEAR COMPLETION JOB COMPLETED 5-14-91.
