WORKING WITH 3 COWORKERS TO LIFT AND TURN OVER CRUSHER BLOWBAR WEIGHING 750 LBS. BLOWBAR WAS BEING TURNED OVER SO IT COULD BE PICKED UP WITH CHAIN BY LOADER. AFTERWARDS EMP FELT PAIN AND DISCO VERED A KNOT IN AREA AROUND NAVEL NEXT MORNING. WAS DIAGNOSED WITH STRANGULATED HERNIA AND RECEIVED SURGERY ON 4-5-97.
