Main rotor of the crusher stopped plugging the crusher (2009 Inertia Impact Crusher 5066). Lock out tag out performed. Opened hood and locked hood in place. Had pin in the lock. Tried to dislodge enough material off the rotor to turn and align the lock pins better. Rotor slipped catching employees foot.
