Injury was watering location around Crusher he was told to stay away from soft spot until cobble rock was placed in hole and covered. He forgot and backed next to hole where it was soft & the right side of water truck sank. The load shifted and truck tipped over on right side. He climbed out and seem to be ok. Worked 7/10/09 lite duty. went to dr 7/12/09/

TRUCK DRIVER WAS CLIMBING OUT OF LOADER TRIED TO CLIMB DOWN STEPS FRONTWARDS INSTEAD OF TURNING AROUND TO CLIMB DOWN RIGHT WAY TRIPPED AND FELL HEAD FIRST TO THE GROUND. SCRAPPED AND BRUISED L EFT SIDE OF FACE CUT INSIDE OF MOUTH AND REQUIRED STITCHES.
