EE WAS OPERATING THE CRUSHER. HE OBSERVED SOME SAND BUILD UP ON THE ROLLER. HE TOOK A HAMMER TO KNOCK IT OFF AND THE HAMMER SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND, HE AUTOMATICALLY GRABBED FOR IT, CAUSING HIS HAND TO GO BETWEEN RUNNING ROLLER AND CONVEYER BELT.
