Lawrimore Trucking Incorporated · Over-exertion in lifting objects

EMPLOYER DOESN'T KNOW THAT ANY INJURY TOOK PLACE. EE WAS A LABORER WHO WAS USING SMALL POINTED SHOVEL TO SHOVEL DIRT AND SMALL ROCKS. HE REPORTED HE TWISTED HIS SIDE WHILE SHOVELING. HE TOLD S UPERVISOR THAT HE HURT HIS BACK, BUT THEN CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL HIS SHIFT WAS OVER. EMPLOYERS WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION DENIED CLAIM AS UNSUBSTANTIATED.
