Operator was running pressure washing and fitting to hose came apart and struck operator in the mouth area causing a cut to their lip area resulting in 10 stitches to the lip area.

Pulley froze on conveyor and employee tried to dislodge with a pry bar. Pulley engaged and caught the employee's left pinky finger in pulley causing tendon damage in EE's pinky finger.
