Employee was putting a v-belt on the gearbox when the equipment engaged catching the tip of 4th left finger. Finger was broken with stitches on the tip.

Employee drove too far on rock pile, right rear wheels sunk. He ignored instructions to drive ahead. Instead he lifted the box on the truck, causing it to tip. Employee was not wearing seat belt, was bounced around, causing bump to head & bruising. No broken bones.
