TEARING DOWN THE CRUSHING PLANT TO MOVE TO ANEW LOCATION. HE WAS STANDING ON A STACKER APPROX 15' ABOVE THE GROUND. WHILE LINING UP THE THE CRANE BOOM AND CABLES HE FELL FROM THE STACKER, LA NDED ON HIS FEET THEN FELL OVER CAUSING A COMPRESSION FRACTURE IN HIS BACK.
