THIS 52 YEAR OLD MINER WAS WELDING INSIDE OF A PRIMARY IMPACT CRUSHER. AS HE WAS MOVING HIS LEAD WIRE, HE PULLED ON IT TO GET MORE SLACK IN THELINE, AND AS HE PULLED ON THE LEAD, HE INADVERTE NTLY PULLED A ROCK FROM THE GRIZZLEY BARS DOWN INTO THE CRUSHER, WHICH STRUCK HIM ON HIS RT. THUMB. HE LATER GOT AN INFECTION FROM THE BRUISE-BRUSH BURN.
