CLOSING CAR DOOR ON RAILCAR, USING LONG PRY BAR SO THE LATCH WOULD CATCH. THE BAR SLIPPED OUT OF THE HOLE AND EMPLOYEE SPRAINED ANKLE WHEN HE FELL BACKWARD.
