INJURED SAID HE WAS SETTING ROOF JACK WHEN PIECE OF ROCK FELL STRIKING HIS ALEG.
INJURED WAS BOLTING ROOF WHEN ROCK FELL FROM BETWEEN BOLTS STRIKING HIM ON THE HEAD AND BACK
INJURED WENT TO GET A RAINSUIT OFF BOLTING MACHINE. AS HE SQUATTED BESIDE MACHINE, ROCK FELL FROM ROOF STRIKING LOWER BACK.
