At 10:30 am EE was climbing into the cab of Loader which was 5'1" from ground. While stepping onto cab EE lost control of EE's three points of contact causing EE to fall. EE landed on right side causing EE's injuries. EE has acquired a fracture in right hip, right wrist, left thumb. There was no property damage at site.
