A hand held electric grinding wheel kicked back into the operators face as he was preparing an area for welding. He received a severe cut to his chin/lip and two damaged teeth.

The ee mentioned was injured while making an adjustment to the fine side of the Pioneer triple rolls. A threaded hydraulic fitting apparently damaged at previous time blew out of the hydraulic adjusting ram & the hose it was attached to hit ee in the leg & blew oil into his face & right eye.
