EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING ON A COME-ALONG AND THE HOOK SLIPPED OFF,HE STARTED TO FALL OVER BACKWARDS.THIS WASN'T REPORTED TO THE OFFICE.EMPLOYEE WAS STILL WORKING AND GOINF TO A CHIROPRACTOR.HE IS STILL UNDER A DCOTORS CARE BECAUSE OF TREATMENT RECEIVED FROM CHIROPRACTOR AND THE STRAIN ON HIS BACK HERE AT WORK.
