The employee was moving a wheelbarrow when a particle of sand entered their right eye causing abrasions.

The employee was attempting to clear a plugged pipe with a hose. The employee was working for an extended period of time and felt soreness in the right shoulder. The employee finished the shift and after a scheduled day off reported back to work and reported more pain in the shoulder.

The employee was cleaning a chute clogged with wet sand when the wrench ee was holding shifted suddenly. The wrench crushed ee's left thumb causing the bone to break between the two thumb joints.

The employee did not lock tailgate after dumping raw sand and before being loaded with waste. After waste was added the tailgate opened. The employee lifted the tailgate to allow the material to fall and the tailgate to close. While reaching to lift the gate for a second time the material fell and the gate closed on the employee's left finger.

Operator was traveling to the material stockpile in a loader. The road surface was uneven and as he traveled through a rough spot, he was jostled in the cab and felt discomfort in his lower back.

Employee was moving the wheelbarrow from underneath the screener. He grabbed the wheelbarrow with his right hand and was trying to use the other hand to move sand out of the screener to avoid more of a plug with a rake. He felt a needle like stab in his right shoulder.

Employee was with a group of employees in a training class for Rail Safety. She was checking on something the instructor pointed out on a railcar and she slipped while stepping back onto a snow covered road that had some icy spots. The employee used hers arms to cushion the fall and her left arm sustained a possible fracture.

Slipped off last ladder rung coming off a 980 loader. Lost her grip and fell backwards onto the ground. Landed on rear and right side with her head bumping into a shovel leaning against the fuel trailer.

EE was using a metal pry bar to break a small cable seal on a hatch on top of a railcar. He bent down to position the bar under the seal and as he lifted he felt a twinge of pain in his lower back.

Employee was preparing process samples for QC testing on June 27. Turned his body to step and his foot stayed planted while knee and body turned. Floor has rubber, cushion mat that may have contributed. Report only, knee bothering him on 7/2 and we took him to clinic. Possible torn meniscus in right knee. Follow up MRI scheduled for July 11th.

Employee was using a shovel to cleanup spillage around the wet processing plan. Later in the afternoon after repeated usage of the shovel he started to have some discomfort. *Note: Injury was not officially reported until after 4 PM on 4/19/13

EE had just finished greasing his loader. He needed to use the rest room so he proceeded around the building to the port-a-john on the south side of the building. Left foot slid on patch of ice and he temporarily lost balance. He did not fall but felt some soreness in his lower left calf muscle soon after he slipped. (Note his shift started at 6 PM on the 17th)
