CUTTER CHAIN CAME OFF THE CUTTING MACHINE THE INJURED WAS HELPING TO REPAIR IT AND WAS DRIVING A STEEL PIN BACK IN THE CONNECTING LINKS OF THE CHAIN OF A SMALL PIECE OF THE PIN CAME LOOSE AND HIT HIS EYE.
