A BOULDER WAS STUCK IN THE CRUSHER AND I.NAME WAS USING A SHOVEL TOOTH SUSPENDED ON A STEEL CABLE TO FREE THE BOULDER. THE TOOTH FLEW OUT OF THE CRUSHER AND STRUCK HIM ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS FACE. LACERATION OF RIGHT CHEEK FRACTURE OF R CHEEK BONE, FRACTURE OF RIGHT JAW BAONE
