Employee was cutting metal out of a pile when the piece he was cutting on started to fall towards the front of his service truck. Employee grabbed the piece of metal to prevent it from hitting his truck and the metal sliced through his glove and cut his 5th digit on his right hand. He recieved 4 stiches and returned to duty.

EE SAID HE WAS PICKING UP THE WIRE WELDER OUT OF THE PICKUP TO PUT IT IN THE BACK OF THE SERVICE TRUCK. HE HURT HIS SHOULDER BY PICKING IT UP.

CONVEYORS SHUT OFF. THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO SHUT DOWN THE DIESEL ENGINE THAT POWERS THE CRUSHER AND GENERATOR. AS THE ENGINE SLOWED DOWN A BOLT OF ELECTRICITY SHOT OUT OF THE SIDE OF THE ELE.
