EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING WEEDS OUTSIDE OF OFFICE FOR 2 1/2 HOURS. TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE 90'S. SHE BECAME OVERHEATED & SICK TO HER STOMACH & VOMITTED. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT ALL OR OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN CAUTIONED RECENTLY ABOUT HEAT EXHAUSTION & HAVE BEEN PROVIDED JUGS (THERMOS) FOR COLD WATER.
