WHILE CLEANING HOPPER UNDER A SCALPING SCREEN HE PUT HIS HAND TOO CLOSE TO COUNTER WEIGHT AND COUNTER WEIGHT HIS HAND.
AFTER SPACE WAS CUT THE MECHANIC WAS GRINDING THE SLAG OFF WHEN A METAL SLIVER BOUNCED UNDER HIS SAFETY GLASSES AND LODGED IN HIS EYE. SAFETY GLASSES WERE PROVIDED AND WORN.
MOVING SAND TO STOCKPILE OPERATOR WAS A LITTLE SIDEWAYS AND WHEN HE RAISED HIS BUCKET THE LOADER ROLLED OVER ON ITS SIDE.
WHILE REMOVING A CHUTE FROM A CONVEYOR HE HURT HIS BACK.
EE WAS CLEANING AROUND TRANSFER AREA, WHEN HE PICKED UP A LARGE ROCK ANOTHER LARGE ROCK ABOUT 8" IN DIAMATOR FELL AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN BOTH ROCKS.
