DRIVER WAS TRYING TO PUSH THE TAILGATE OF THE DUMP TRAILER IN WHEN HE REALIZED HE COULD NOT PUSH IT BACK IN. HE PULLED BACK ON IT AND IT CAUGHT HIS MIDDLE FINGER AND HIS RING FINGER ON HIS LEF T HAND.
