EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF MAGANESE STEEL OUT OF A 48S TELESMITH CONE CRUSHER WHEN SOME OF THE SMITHBOND CRUSHER BACKING BROKE LOOSE AND BLEW UP IN THE EMPLOYEE'S FACE AND SOME ON HIS ARM AND LEG.
