Employee stepped out of all terrain forklift and rolled left ankle. At medical evaluation there were no fractures but EE had pain in left ankle. EE was placed in an ace bandage limited to restricted duty for 7 days.

Employee was stepping up into the service truck. As EE stepped up with right foot, while holding grab bars, EE felt a pop in the left knee accompanied by pain. Diagnosed with sprain of left knee. Brace to knee and no climbing, bending kneeling squatting.
