SUBJECT WAS CARRYING TOYO 280 ROCK DRILL. AFTER SETTING DOWN THE DRILL HAD HADD DIFFICULTY STRAIGHTENING UP HIS UPPER BACK & DIFFICULTY BREATHING. EVENTUALLY HE FELL TO THE FLOOR & WAS UNABL E TO GET UP BY HIMSELF.
