I,NAME WAS REMOVING CAPS FROM THE DETONATOR MAGAZINE, WHEN HIS RIGHT HAND SLIPPED OFF THE COVER OF THE MAGAZINE AS HE WAS CLOSING IT. HIS MIDDLE FINGER OF HIS RIGHT HAND GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE COVER AND THE MAIN BODY OF THE MAGAZINE. A LACERATION OF HIS MIDDLE FINGER RESULTED, REQUIRING THREE STITCHES.
