Employee was re-assembling a core tube, when he was inserting the second piece of the the split tube it was unusually tight fitting. Employee then tried to push the split in with his right hand while wearing wet gloves. His hand slipped and his right wrist struck the edge of the split tube causing a laceration to the wrist.

The driller was assisting his helper to lower a tube. Driller slipped and stuck his hand out to catch himself. He caught the ring finger on his left hand. It cut just a little less than a quarter inch of the finger off.

Employee was carrying a cooler with 4 one gal water samples into the office wearing felt soled waders. He slipped and fell on his back onto the concrete floor. He suffered a contusion of the back with pain of 7/10 and stiffness for several days. He was restricted to lifting no more than 10lbs for 4 days. There was no lost time due to injury.

EMPLOYEE WAS LO5DING A DRIFT ROUND.I NAME HAD JUST INSERTED THE PRIMER STICK IN A HOLE ABOUT EYE LEVEL AND WAS PUSHING THE PRIMER STICK INTO HOLE WITH A WOODEN LOADING STICK,AS HIS RIGHT HAND PUSHED LOADING 8TICK INTO THE ABOVE THE HOLE SLICED ACROSS THE BACK OF HIS HAND.
