HE WAS PUTTING AIR HOSE DOWN CASTING TO BLOW OUT WATER. WHEN HE WENT TO PULL THE HOSES AND CUT HIS FINGER ON DAMAGED PART OF CASING.

WHILE MOVING SHOTCRETE MACHINE WITH TWO OTHER MINERS THE INJURED MINER STRAINED A MUSCLE IN HIS LOWER BACK AT 8 PM. TOLD SHIFT BOSS HE WAS FINE. AT 11 PM THE SAME MINER WAS WALKING BY A PALLET WITH (2) 1/2 YD BAGS OF SHOTCRETE ON IT & HE SAYS ONE SLIPPED OFF & PINNED HIS FOOT. AGAIN HE TOLD HIS SHIFT BOSS HE WAS OK. AT END OF HIS WORK SHIFT WE TOOK HIM TO HOSPITAL TO BE CHECKED. DR

WHILE ROCKDUSTING WITH SPLIT SET ROCKBOLTS AT THE FACE OF THE DECLINE, A ROCK APPROX 6" BY 6" FELL FROM THE BACK, STRUCK THE JACK LEG DRILL AND RICHCETED OFF TO STRIKE EE IN THE FRONT OF H IS LEFT THIGH, CAUSING A BRUISE. THIS IS REPORTABLE ONLY BECAUSE DR GAVE HIM A PRESCRIPTION MUSCLE RELAXANT.
