THE OEPRATOR OF THE LOADER ACCIDENTALLY RELEASED THE PAR K BRAKE WHEN GETTING OUT OF THE LOADER TO ASSIST THE REPAIR. THE LOADER BUCKET WAS APPROX. 4' OFF THE GROUND.
