REMOVING NUT WR9NCH SLIPPED AND HE FELL FORWARD STRIKING NOSE ON A BEAM .SENT TO CLINIC-5 STITCHES TO CLOSE WOUND.
A BURN ON HIS RT LEG AS THE RESULT OF HIS PANT LEGS CATCHING ON FIRE HE WAS USING A CUTTING TORCH WITH HIS CUFFS ROLLED UP ON HIS PANTS. A PIECE OF HOT SLAG LANDED IN HIS RT PANTS LEG CUFF & CAUSE HIS PANTS TO IGNITE.
PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS RIGHT ARM AT THE SHOULDER WHILE INSTALLING A V BELT ON THE SIMPLICITY SHAKER SCREEN WENT TO THE HOPSITAL BECAUSE HE THOUGH HE WAS HAVING HEART ATTACK. KEPT IN THE HOSPT IAL FOR TESTS OF HIS HEART HE DID NOT COMPLAIN OF ANY INJURY WHEN HE FINISHED THE DAY INJURY REPORTED THE NEXT DAY.
