Custom Crushing & Screening · Struck against a moving object

Employee was driving lift truck to feed jaw. A chunk of concrete fell into the loader bucket casuing the loader to bounce. Employee states he hit his head on the inside top of the loader cab. The employee continued to work, but later complained of neck pain. He visited a chiropractor and is seeing one for treatment.

Employee states he was feeding the crusher at a normal pace. Rocks started jamming up so he started to pull some rocks out when one of the rocks broke loose and smashed his right baby finger. He was wearing protective, leather gloves.
