EE WAS CHECKING COOLANT ON LOADER IN SHOP AND MISJUDGED STEP DUE TO BIFOCALS. FELL TO CONCRETE FLOOR AND FRACTURED LEFT WRIST. STEPS AND HAND RAIL ARE IN PLACE AND ADEQUATE FOR PREVENTION.

EMP CONTINUED WORKING UNT IL APPROX 1:00PM AND THEN WENT TO HOSPITAL WHERETHEY PUT 4-5 STITCHES IN HAND. EMP THEN RETURNEDBACK TO WORK.
