Employee was moving tree branches/limbs with excavator and tree limb rolled out of bucket and entered cab. When tree limb entered cab, it broke employee's right leg.

Climbing up a ladder to access the control shed. After stepping off of the ladder, he turned & hit his left elbow on a safety chain ring. He then felt faint, cat down & passed out 1 - 5 minutes. Reported incident 6 hours later to foreman. Went to Redding Occupational Medical Clinic. Returned to work that night. No lost time.

Employee reached around an employee that was using a 4 1/2" grinder and grabbed the metal he was cutting. Pinched the grinding wheel and it jumped and cut his left forearm. Note: Employee was also dehydrated which led to the hospital stay.

Employee was grinding and welding on 1/18/10. Does not know specifically when metal got into his eye. Went home and noticed eye irritation and went to Eye Doctor after-hours. Notified Employer of injury on 1/19/10.

Employee was operating an excavator with equipped with a hammer when he observed a hydraulic line tangled around the "thumb". He stepped on the side of the hammer to reach the line and slipped causing an ankle sprain.

WORKER WAS HOLDING A LARGE WRENCH ON A NUT WHILE ANOTHER WORKER TIGHTENED THE BOLT WITH AN AIR IMPACT GUN. WHEN THE BOLT TIGHTENED ON THE NUT IT CAUSED THE NUT TO TURN AND THE WORKERS HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE WRENCH AND A STEEL BEAM.
