EMPLOYEE WAS AT7EMPTING TO POSITION A BARGE FOR UNLOADING, WITH THE AID OF A CAPSTAN LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS GUIDING THE ROPE THAT WAS BEING PULLED BY THE CAPSTAN. DUE TO THE SPEED OF THE BARGE TENSION ON THE3ROPE TIGHTEND, WRENCHING I NAME LEFT HAND. THIS CAUSED A SPRAIN.
