WHILE WORKING ON LOOSENING THE BRAKE DRUM ON A WINCH ON THE DREDGE, THE WINCH DRUM SLIPPED CATCHING THE OUTER PORTIONS OF THE KNUCKLE OF THE LT INDEX FINGER, CUTTING THE SKIN AND TENDON ON THE KNUCKLE REQUIRING STITCHES.

WHILE WORKING TO REPAIR TRUCK SCALE, EE WAS USING A HAMMER AND CHISEL TO REMOVE A PART, THE CHISEL FRAGMENTED AND A PIECE OF THE CHISEL WENT IN THE RT. EYE. IS LIKELY TO RESULT IN VISION LOSS.
