CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE CLIMBED ON TOP OF LIGHT PLANT & ATTEMPTED TO PUSH THE MAST INTO POSITION. MAST FELL STRIKING INDIVIDUALS RIGHT LEG CAUSING A NONDISPLACED FRACTURE OF RIGHT TIBIA @ ANKLE.
