Employee was drilling a hole in flashing on crusher and the drill slipped and drilled/cut into left hand between first and second finger in palm.

Employee was carrying an electric motor to replace a motor that was no longer working. EE felt a strain in groin area. EE reported the incident on 2/25/22 to employer when a hernia became apparent. EE has not missed any work time.

An employee with the help of another employee was getting a piece of sheet metal off storage rack. One employee pulled on sheet metal and other employee got little finger pinched between sheet metal. EE received 5 stitches for cut.
