At approximately 11:30 am ee received an electrical shock. EE was standing on the second step up from the ground of a 6' aluminum ladder which was leaning against a conveyor belts metal tail pulley guarding. He was adjusting a nearby water valve with his right hand as he was holding the guarding with his left hand.
