4/6/11 Laborer walked in tool shed to get tools they were getting the tail pulley and bearings ready to maintenance on the Feed Conveyor. The Tail Pulley shaft was in the walkway of the interior of the tool shed it tipped over falling on the employees' left foot.

Employee was removing engine block heater from John Deere 624-J loader while standing over the engine compartment. Employee started to slip and while preventing self from falling on the ground she strained her right arm, shoulder, and neck. Employee was seen in the emergency room where it was determined there were no broken bones only a strain.
