WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO CHANGE SCREENS AT PLANT HE BECAME DIZZY, OVERHEATED AND STARTED VOMITING. HIS FOREMAN IMMEDIATELY TOOK HIM TO VALLEY URGENT CARE IN EL CENTRO WHERE HE WAS TRANSFE RRED TO EL CENTRO MEDICAL CENTER. ON 9-29-91 WHILE STILL IN HOSPITAL, EMPLOYEE DIED.
