DRILLING A HOLE & HAD JUST REACHED THE PRESCRIBED DEPTH. I PROCEEDED TO RETRIEVE THE PIPE OUT OF THE HOLE & AN AIR-BLAST CAME UP THROUGH THE DRILL-TABLE, SHOOTING DEBRIS INSIDE THE CAB. I TURN ED TO AVOID THE BLAST & A ROCK HIT ME IN THE MOUTH, BREAKING FRONT TOOTH.
