EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING TS24B TEREX SCRAPER WHEN HIS LEFT FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE FOOT REST. HIS LEFT LOWER LEG STRUCK THE DASHBOARD. THIS RESULTED IN AN INFECTION WHICH REQUIARED THE ADMINISTRATI ON OF ANTIBIOTICS AND THE LOST TIME FROM WORK 8/26/83.
