APPROX 10-15 MINS LATER EE EXPERIENCED SHSORTNESS OF BREAT H, TINGLING IN ARMS,RIGHT HAND SHAKING. TAKEN TOHOSP FOR OBSERVATION. CONCLUSION: LIGHTENING SPLASH, STATIC ELECTRICITY SPREAD THROUGH AIR. REALESED NEXT DAY: NO AFFECTS.

EE THOUGHT HE HAD STRUCK EDGE OF SHAFT WITH HI S WRIST SINCE I7 WAS A SMALL CUT & LITTLE BLEEDING SO HE DIDN'T REPORT IT AT THE TIME AS AN ACCIIDENT. SLIGHT NUMBNESS FOR A FEW DAYS THAT WENT AWAY.
