THE CREW WAS REPLACING CUTTING EDGE ON LOADER. THE PREVIOUS DAY THAY HAD REMOVED OLD EDGE. ON THE MORNING THEY WERE PUTTING ON NEW EDGE. HE HAD CHECKED HYDRAULICS AND BRACING PRIOR TO THE S TART OF WORK. THE BLOCKING GAVE WAY WHEN INSTALLING NEW EDGE AND BUCKET LOWERED CAUSING INJURY.
