Employee had replaced hydraulic lines on Cat dozier. As he was dismounting the dozier he lost his balance. He attempted to break his fall by throwing out his hand, causing him to twist his wrist backward.

Employee was removing bolts in wear plates of Hazamag crusher. As a bolt was freed from the plate, it dropped out of worn plate spinning. It then caught employees fingers with the worn sharp edge of the head of the bolt.
