THE EE WAS ASSISTING WITH CHANGING THE SCREEN CLOTH ON THE POWER SCREEN MENTIONED BELOW WHEN HIS FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE SCREEN CLOTH AND THE STEEL RAIL. THIS RESULTED IN THE TIP OF THE FINGER BEING FRACTURED.
