HANDLING OF MATERIALS
Pine Creek Mining, Inc. · Over-exertion in lifting objects
Loader Operator lifting new scraper blade for installation on loader bucket. Result was small umbilical hernia. The employee has continued work with no time lost to date. Workers Comp has referred employee to physician to determine type of treatment that may be necessary. Unknown at this point if any surgery is required.
